Checking a recognized question
Use a clear image of one question, including relevant labels and diagrams. Check the recognized text, symbols and units before reviewing the explanations. AI can make mistakes, including when both answers match.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and the restore option in the app. Manage subscriptions in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Review the current offer before purchasing.
Questions and data
AI recognition and solving require a network connection and send the question and relevant content to external AI services. Read the current Privacy Policy for the app’s data practices. Do not include private information in a question or support screenshot.
